Madison, CT (March 2, 2020) - Clarity Software Solutions, Inc., an industry leader in healthcare communications recently announced the end of a successful Open Enrollment (OE) season, reporting that 99% of their total OE volume across well over 100 healthcare organizations was mailed on time or early. They experienced an increase of 34% in total files processed in December 2019 compared to the same period last year.

In 2019, the company produced and delivered over 84 million packages and 21.6 million of those were mailed during their OE time frame (11/30/2019 – 01/15/2020). 61 million of the packages produced and delivered in 2019 were card packages which included over seven million e-vendor card packages and over 4.9 million Member Guides, up 427% and 46% from 2018, respectively.
