Included in the survey were questions regarding overall rating, training, product quality, usability of application and service. Clients ranked Clarity with an overall satisfaction rating of 94% with 97% for the quality of their product. Client’s reported outstanding service with a satisfaction score of 96%. Review of the application usability yielded a 92% satisfaction score.
Comments from clients included, “It is an excellent website” and “The team was very helpful to address some general information sharing and training for the website. This was very much appreciated”.
