Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role is an integral part of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Clarity and has the important responsibility of providing excellent results for both internal and client facing projects. The business analyst will interact daily with other PMO team members, Software Engineers and Client Relationship Specialists. Significant relationship building with clients during the implementation phase of projects is the earmark of Clarity’s success and a requirement of the business analyst role.

The Business Analyst will report to the Director of Project Management Office.

The job responsibilities include:

• Participate in and manage both internal and client-facing projects

• Analyze and translate client applications and business logic with an end goal of a clean implementation conforming with internal system processing frameworks

• Translate any requirements identified as non-standard in system behavior into internal requirements for new features

• Support the overall Project Director\Manager\System Integration Lead as needed in project management activities

• Contribute to business process analysis and design, deployment planning and execution, and training development and delivery activities

• Perform informal training to customer’s user groups on use and maintenance of software

• Develop expertise related to the healthcare industry and the client solution

The position requirements include:

• BA in business or related field; or equivalent work experience

Quality Assurance Analyst

The job responsibilities include:

• Conduct system integration, regression and performance testing in support of all products (i.e. ID cards, booklets, letters) for new client implementations as well as internal system development efforts

• Support client User Acceptance Testing

• Participate in business requirements "walk-throughs" and provide critical feedback to ensure accurate product specifications

• Develop test scripts using the Clarity QA Process and Procedures. Validate that the development code is completed to business specifications with a level of quality acceptable to the internal users and the client

• Execute client test files for the various testing processes

Client Relationship Specialist

The Client Services team has the important responsibility providing excellence in customer service. Our clients are valuable and we require all team members at Clarity go above and beyond for client satisfaction. The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) works closely with our Business Analysts and IT teams to guarantee the best possible experience with the Clarity product and service. The CRS is the key contact with the day-to-day management of Clarity’s client’s business needs.

The Client Relationship Specialist reports to the Director, Client Service

Essential Functions:

• Provide client relationship services to new accounts, which includes the development and execution of program user training and escalation procedures.

• Establishing contact documentation

• Document and resolve all open client issues

• Manage capacity planning

• Own and manage new initiatives, which may include interface with IT.

• Account research as needed

• Organize and manage meetings

• Schedule retraining of client's new personnel, as needed

• Communicate significant changes in software applications to client contact(s)

Java Developer

Accounting Clerk

This position is a full-time, reporting to the Director of Finance.

The job responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable: records vendor invoices into the accounting system, maintains vendor ledgers and continuously updates contact information, processes disbursements

• Accounts Receivable: Enters sales invoices into the accounting system, monitors monthly accounts receivable aging report and issues past due notices when necessary

• Posts Journal Entries into accounting system

• Creates and Monitors Purchase Orders

• Assists in Monthly Sales Invoicing

• Makes bank deposits

• Collects and distributes incoming office mail

• Compiles data and prepares reports

• Files accounting records and makes copies

Strategic Alliance Coordinator

Objective:

This role will be to develop and implement vendor strategies and procedures that enable the delivery of target customer satisfaction and performance metrics and can be leveraged across lines of business and clients.

• Production coordination - Ensure that our established day-to-day print production processes are followed by all vendors. Follow through on job completion and acknowledgement. Work closely with Client Service to plan for capacity and coordinate with vendors.

• SLA Reporting - Review our contracted production SLAs with clients and monitor/generate reporting on missing/meeting/exceeding goals. Review our contracted production SLAs with vendors and monitor/generate reporting on missing/meeting/exceeding goals.

• Inventory Management - Review Inventory reported from all vendors, monitor reorder notifications, perform procurement (bidding) for all client requested items, and coordinate the approval of materials and onboarding at vendor sites. Coordinate with Finance on the billing of inventory and the approval of accounts receivables.

• Program Management - Responsible for understanding Clarity business requirements and working with appropriate departments to document business requirements and support models in business requirement documentations (Statement of Work, contracts and agreements) and implementation plans for cross-functional groups and vendors to deploy into production. Assist the BA's efforts in implementing effective support models and guiding and monitoring the performance of customer service representatives and technical support engineers at vendors while we implement and test new clients.

• Audit - Conduct regular business reviews and periodic financial, operational, and management process audits, account-level approval of billing issues and matters with each of our vendors. Create streamline procedures and QA checklist to complete on a periodic basis that will be filed. Create action plans for deficiencies.

• Relationship Development - Evaluate and implement new production partners as needs and opportunities arise. Follow documented procedures for implementing the Clarity product set with a production vendor.

Position Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in related field (7+ yrs.)

Database Administrator

Objective:

The Database Administrator will provide support for the Clarity suite of products. This will include the maintenance of existing processes and the development of new processes in support of Clarity’s strategic initiatives.

This position reports to the Director of IT, with some oversight provided by Chief Technology Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain aspects of company’s system architecture

• Work through application testing to deployment

• Have significant interaction with the Sales, Project Management, and Client Service teams to support client initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements:

Relationship Manager

Objective:

The primary goal of the Relationship Manager is to build and maintain new and existing client relationships for Clarity. The role contains elements of sales, by supporting new sales efforts and by up/cross selling Clarity products to existing clients. The Relationship Manager will be active in client projects, playing the role of business sponsor. Measuring and reporting on client satisfaction will be a critical component of the role and actively trying to maintain and improve that satisfaction is critical. The relationship will support the service department’s day-to-day efforts and provide continual feedback.

The Clarity Relationship Manager will report into the Sales & Marketing department.

Core Responsibilities:

I. Sales Support

 a. The RM will be involved during the sales cycle and will assist the sales team as needed, including doing RFP’s, proposals, demos, meetings, conferences, etc.

  i. The RM will need to be fluent with our application and have a clear understanding of the value-add Clarity brings to the table.

  ii. The RM will maintain and enhance the relationship the client has with Clarity by ensuring their satisfaction, addressing any issues or open-items and up-selling new products/enhancements to Clarity’s offering.

II. Implementations

 a. The RM will be active during implementation by assisting the implementation team, which will include:

  i. Specification Gathering

  ii. Integrating new client with chosen production facility

  iii. Testing - overall client sign-off / approval of process before go-live

  iv. Communication - ensuring a smooth transition for the new client by keeping in constant contact and establishing a positive relationship. The job is to ensure the client’s satisfaction.

The PMO Project Manager is responsible for managing projects associated with the company’s growing lifecycle and implementation process, development and implementation and project portfolio. The Project Manager will be accountable for the management of multiple concurrent medium to large sized and moderately complex projects, and will manage project efforts end-to-end with respect to costs, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation of customer applications.
